BIOGRAPHY

Dan Gellenbeck has always had a little genius in him when it comes to working with any product in his shop.  Just ask any artist in the Arizona Art Alliance from its inception in 2000.  He is the "go to guy" for all the small miracles behind the scenes at the exhibits.

Dan worked for the Arizona Republic newspaper for forty five years.  Now he has time to work on his first love; anything wood.  Dan has been making beautifully turned wooden bowls out of exotic woods, and some with insets of turquoise.  He garnered a winning ribbon for his first ever show with the Arizona Art Alliance. Dan is also a charter member of the Phoenix Artist Guild as well as a juried member of  Arizona Art Alliance.
